As a PK  and PG on both sides of my family, I’ve grown up with the Bible. Being homeschooled, even more of my time was devoted to studying GOD’s Word. When I was fourteen I started doing Precept Upon Precept studies, and when I was fifteen I had training to be a P.U.P. leader.

Yet, I had a hard time studying for myself.

I grew up on Elisabeth George, Charles Ryrie, and Kay Arthur. Yet I was still having problems sitting myself down and studying the Bible by my own initiative. Pure Speech… One Word Can Change A Life

Do you ever feel like… you’re done making mistakes? Not that you won’t ever make a mistake again; (ha. ha. ha.) but that moment where you fall flat on you face and say, “Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to hide under the covers!”

Yeah. Pretty much been this last year in a nutshell.

I’ve made so many mistakes, it’s almost unbelievable. When I was young, it was easy “to be a Christian”. It was easy to believe. But this past year or so… man! It’s like the scum in me has overgrow the cleanliness, and wants to take over.
